B. Special booth: 2,500RMB/m2, (indoor rental starts from 36 m2 raw space without any disposition; the exhibitors can make your own arrangement for special decoration or entrust organizer to recommend booth contractor);
Catalog and Other Advertisements: The catalog shall be widely presented to the competent departments and related associations, exhibition merchants; while the catalog shall be sent to the domestic and overseas personages and related units, etc.

Sponsorship Scheme
The organizer will invite competent companies to sponsor the exhibition. There are three ways to sponsor the exhibition, namely diamond, gold and silver, which will enjoy special treatment provided by the organizer respectively (more details and treatment are available on request).
Exhibition Participation Procedure
A. Fill in the Application Form, stamp it with seal and send it back to the organizing committee. The exhibitor shall, upon the requirement of the payment notice, pay 50% of the exhibition fee as the commission within 7 days in order to reserve the booth. The rest of the exhibition fee shall be paid before March 8, 2016, and lump-sumpayment is welcome. Or, the exhibitor will be regarded as giving up the right to exhibit by the organizing authority. If the exhibitor quits the exhibition after the registration, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
B. After the confirmation of the booth, Exhibitors Manual shall be posted to the exhibitor by the organizing authority. Manual includes information on exhibits transportation, booth design and building, travel and accommodation arrangement, and items rental. The exhibitor must fill in the forms in the Manual according to the requirement, and send them back to the organizing authority before the deadline.
C. The distribution principle of the booth order is “first application, first payment, and first arrangement”. The organizing authority can only confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitor after receiving the commission of the exhibition fee.
Ways to Participate in the Exhibition
If your company wishes to register for the exhibition, please ask for the Exhibition Application Form from the organizing committee, fill it in, stamp it with seal and send it back to the organizing committee via fax or by post.
